The receptionists was a joy to work with and always had a smile on her face. My husband and I loved working with the staff. We loved the fact that we were always informed of status of repairs to my vehicle through either Mr. Alan or the automated updates. I will be recommending this facility to all my family and friends. Thank you for the awesome service we received.

I am absolutely pleased with my car repairs, and couldn't have asked for a better repair job. The customer service was outstanding from the time I called to make an appointment, til when i picked up my newly repaired car. I loved the friendly, but informative update messages of all. Shop manager Alan of the 1960 center was absolutely tremendous. He took the time and explained everything in detail. Very satisfied with the end result. Excellent customer service and very timely. Never expected the job to be completed so quickly and the work was excellent. I am very pleased with my first encounter with service king and recommend them to my friends and family. They did such a wonderful job on my car I'm so happy and excited with my results. And to put more icing on the cake they were done with my car five days in advance of what the original date was. How awesome is that you rock Service king.

A very expensive cigar was stolen from the glove compartment and the wrapper was left behind. I also had an engine overheat alarm go off shortly after taking possession of the car due to the fact that technicians did not properly "bleed out" all air pockets from the newly installed radiator.

My Mitsubishi was treated as a top priority with Alan Boney at Service King, or seemed to be, was repaired much earlier than the projected time, and was detailed, bright and shiny when I picked it up. All in all, a great experience.
