This was the best experience I have had with getting repairs done. I always knew the status of my car's repairs and was sent up to date messages on its status. Everyone was really friendly and made sure that everything was completed in a timely manner.

First of all when I went to pick up the car I found new scratch and advisor checked his taken picture with me and manager and decided to repair. I left the store and after one hour advisor called and told me they had picture that shows scratch was before repair that did not meet my satisfaction. Also most importantly the repair portion color didn't match with original color.

The service when i dropped the car and while it was being worked on was very helpful. Josh called me everyday to give me updates and answer questions. With this i was able to know that my car was being worked on and had a curre t idea of when it would be finished and could plan pick up. Thank you.

Kirk, Let me start this email by saying that it was a pleasure to have you and your inside staff service my truck these past few weeks. I was satisfied with the level of attention you and they gave so please do not take this as a slight against you. My issue is with your body shop and their attention to detail. Unfortunately being in customer service, you do realize the last impression is usually the lasting impression and here is where I take issue with your firm... The truck as far as the body work looks pretty good. The paint matches and I am fine with that work. When my truck was brought out honestly sir, it was filthy. I would never have let my vehicle get to that point of uncleanliness, not now and not ever. The truck looked like it had been wiped down with a dusty, dirty rag and on a black truck such as mine that looks awful. The inside was worse. It looked as if someone had spilled some liquid on the column and attempted (badly) to wipe it clean. Dust covered the inside and there were dirty boot marks all on the mats and sides. Just shoddy detail that I did not expect. It was an unfortunate impression. When I turned on the ignition the bump music was so loud my kids and I had to cover our ears. Again, I shook my head. Once I drove the vehicle I noticed that the rear drivers blinker was not working. Another fail. Then once I got home and hand washed the car, the front license plate holder was not even attached on one side and I guess someone needed a valve stem cap more than me because it was missing also. All of these things left a very bad taste in my mouth. I am sorry but they are unacceptable. Simple mistakes of haste and simply not caring. That is the impression that I walked away from your firm with. That is unfortunately the review I will give to both Service King and Allstate when they ask. Thank you and your front Manager for not making this a total disaster but I wish I was more satisfied. I unfortunately will steer business away from your shop if asked. I hope this feedback is at least a step in correcting the problems you may find. Regards, James L
