Brian and the rest of the staff was wonderful and helpful throughout the process. I felt like they were continually looking out for my best interest in trying to make things as convenient and honest as possible. I was almost completely satisfied with the service until the last day. All the way up until the expected finish date, I was informed of almost all steps it was amazing. But come the day I was supposed to get the truck, I got no call so I called after I took off work to go get the vehicle and they had discovered frame damage. I appreciate that they found the damage but a heads up would have been great. And it took a few days longer than expected and would have appreciated a heads up. Also anote intercooler boot was left loose. Simple easy fix but very important item. Other than that I am 3 and 3/4 out of 5 satisfied. Truck looks spectacular tho and the service advisors were great

Brian was very nice and kept in touch with me all time my vehicle was at Service King. I really appreciated the updates. I did have stratches on the hood of my vehicle that were not there when I took it in to Service King, Brian went and Rubbed them out with products from the shop. I would not hesitate to recommend Service King to a friend. Karen Hamilton
