Kylie did an oustanding job of communicating status to us. The work was top rate and it was completed early. Best of all, Kylie was informative, knowledgeable and courteous. Receiving the text messages and phone call/email follow-ups was terrific. It put my mind at ease with the overall process. I would request the flexibility of your policies & procedures to consider a payment plan of one's deductible. As a new widow paying my deductible was a hardship. Gratefully, God provided the means. I got my vehicle and my batterie is completely dead I had to get a jump start no more then 30 min of getting my car back then both my headlights are out. Don't turn on what so ever. Very incomvinient. I'm
