Felicia was amazing! From the start she made me feel very comfortable with me leaving my vehicle at your repair shop. Felicia helped me get settled with a rental vehicle and gave me a reasonable estimated date as to when all repairs would be completed, she also called several times to inform me of any updates there was with the repairs. I was very pleased with how she communicated with me and how she took ownership of my vehicle being repaired, although I knew she would not be physically working on my car- I was comfortable with it being at service king because I knew Felicia would ensure it was done correctly. Keep hiring folks like her, great way to represent Service King!

Service was outstanding in every aspect. Greeted by name each time I entered the facility. I was kept informed of the entire process involving my vehicle. Professionalism was demonstrated by every person that I communicated with. My car looked better after the repairs than before I took it in. Awesome experience

My car is not finished. The bumper was not placed back on the car properly. Also, I have a check gas cap light and check engine light on my car. Neither of these lights were on when I brought the vehicle in to be repaired. I will be turning my car back in so you can complete the repairs to my vehicle..

Very high quality work and they kept on schedule - no surprises! Shop did exactly what the supervisor said they would. Shop supervisor explained interaction between the 3 companies I was working with. I was informed on a daily basis about status of my car via text messages so that I felt comfortable without my car Shop supervisor took time to explain the entire deal AND TRY TO "SHOOT ME A LINE OF BULL"
