My service rep did a great job of keeping me updated on the status of my repair via text messages.
He always responded quickly with any questions I asked.
When I dropped off my vehicle for the repairs he was proactive in warning me that it could take longer than the insurance adjuster had previously told me. I'm sure that's information that's not always easily communicated, and even though it wasn't great to hear that I might be w/out my vehicle longer than I'd anticipated, I appreciated that Matt warned me of that up front so I could plan accordingly.

Matthew Huntley was my service advisor at Service King in Plano on K Ave. From the beginning, Matthew was polite, very courtesy, calm and easy to talk with. As promised, he contacted me 3 days a week to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. After I picked up my vehicle and drove, the cover under the engine fell apart and was damaged beyond repair. Matthew was contacted and he said he would order another cover and I could stop by for 10 minutes for install. The experience working with Matthew was very pleasant and stress free. Bottom line is Matthew Huntley is awesome! I hope everyone that walks into Service King has the same pleasant and calming experience that I had.
