I was extremely excited about receiving my car 2 weeks before the expected date. Conrad did an amazing job about contacting me and updating me on the vehicle repairs and was transparent about the repairs that were made along with the cost.

The reason I said no was because my suburban was all dusty and there was some scratches on my leather seats. I don't understand why my truck was used to carry parts. Another thing was my vehicle fuel gauge was on empty. I guess my vehical was used for all the trip to pick up parts.

When I first dropped off my car it kind of seemed like Josh was black mailing me into giving a ten rating by saying if I didn't he would have to call me, although josh did text me from his personal number (which I appreciate) to let me know about the status of my car, when my promise date rolled around I didn't receive a phone call or text. I called the office and the girl working the phone told me josh was off and she didn't know my status. She continued to tell me that josh was off that day and asked if it was ok if Josh called me back tomorrow when he returned to work. Granted this was my promise date.... She put me on the phone with what I assume was management and he helped me out and I was able to pick up my car the next morning. I really appreciate the manager taking initiative and helping me out, but Josh really bit the bullet on this one
