The level of customer service is well above today’s standards. This is a workplace that has nothing but professionals.. The follow up, communication and work gets a 20 out of 10. Shoutout to Martin who continued to let me know how things were going with my car and also making the process with the insurance very simple.

Martin was absolutely phenomenal and handled all of my concerns through the process. I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and caring person to work with. Because of him, my experience was great and I had zero worries about who I left my truck with. The repairs are awesome and I’m completely happy with the finished product. I would definitely come back to this location and work with Martin again. Although, I’m hoping I don’t need to come back anytime soon. For obvious reasons.

I already went back once spoke to Donathan I don’t know why but the front bottom driver side is popping out looks like the paint was scratched upon the repair process. I rotate shifts so I haven’t called or gone back will try to schedule Feb2nd would be my next day off.

Vehicle was left out during the sleet. Car has a bunch of white spots and rings all over. I tried wiping them off but still on the car.
