The quality of the work was top notch, job well done! Communication twice a week was also good , but after telling me one date and then no to a next date, ended up being two days later.

The weekly updates on the status of the repair work was helpful. The fact that the repairs were finished ahead of the scheduled date was nice. The service representatives were friendly and helpful in explaining what repairs were being made.

I'm new to area and had no idea where to go. Allstate sent me to Service King. They were pleasant, professional, and understanding. While my car was in the shop, they went out of their way to help. They photographed my tires in the trunk and sent pictures to the claim agent. Their work was excellent. My son's car was recently hit and I recommended you. They also finished my car about 3 weeks sooner than the first estimate.
