I consider Service King to be the absolute best at what they do. The employees in the Southwest Philly location went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired quickly and correct. They worked with my insurance company. They listened with care,and concern for the issues I was facing. They did not fully do the repairs and I have to report it to the insurance company who send an adjuster to take a look at the damage and agreed that the damage was caused by the accident. Service king did see the damage but decided that the damage was not accident related. I believe any good business owners would have at least get in touch with me to let me know & if I would be willing to pay for it or even talk to the insurance company & see what they say. If you went to the doctor for one thing & he or she find something else it will be his/ her professional obligation to let you know & service king did not.
