I am very happy with the work that was done on my car! Only suggestion I have is making sure there is air in my tires next time. Because it is so cold, my tire lost air.

I feel that I gave my car to a reliable and responsible company. When I got my car back I almost didn’t recognize my car it looked like new. I am very pleased with the work that was performed. My car is beautiful the staff really treated me like family. The staff showed me much love ???? and had the utmost respect for me and made sure the work was accurate and completed in a timely manner

I consider Service King to be the absolute best at what they do. The employees in the Southwest Philly location went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired quickly and correct. They worked with my insurance company. They listened with care,and concern for the issues I was facing. I highly recommend these employees and this location for the manner in which they conduct business. GO LADIES AND GENTLEMEN OF SERVICE KUNG!!!!! THANK YOU!!!

They did not fully do the repairs and I have to report it to the insurance company who send an adjuster to take a look at the damage and agreed that the damage was caused by the accident. Service king did see the damage but decided that the damage was not accident related. I believe any good business owners would have at least get in touch with me to let me know & if I would be willing to pay for it or even talk to the insurance company & see what they say. If you went to the doctor for one thing & he or she find something else it will be his/ her professional obligation to let you know & service king did not.

I haven’t seen my car in the yet but so far the repairs seem really well done. I can definitely say everyone in your staff I dealt was wonderful - really helpful and very professional. You should feel very confident in them.
