I was very pleased with the repairs to my Mazda. The repairs were timely and high quality. Daniel from the shop kept me appraised during the repairs. He even went above and beyond, to buff my headlamps and remove a stain on the driver seat. I am very pleased with my experience. I will refer my family and friends to Service King.

From the receptionist “s warm welcome to Dap stepping in during ****’ absence, I am more than appreciative for He care and service. I also noticed iced the care **** took in making sure I was updated and understood everything that was not into my car’s repair.

Yes Service King North Grand Prairie treated me wonderful I was having bad experiences with my insurance company and also other service Kings and they stepped up actually treated me like a valued customer went the extra mile all they could and constantly communicated with me and stayed in touch through a bad ordeal that they made better I'm so grateful

**** was my technician. He stayed in contact with me during the entire process and was very professional. There was a small mix up with the car pickup process, but both **** and his manager (his name escapes me at the moment) went above and beyond to remedy the situation, including putting some gas in my car, and a Visa gift card to help cover the cost of my Uber out to Grand Prairie. I greatly appreciate the effort of both **** and his manager. :) Additionally, the receptionist at the I-20 Grand Prairie Service King was very kind and professional when I accidentally arrived at the wrong location. She greeted me with a smile, and promptly got on the phone with **** to ask him to deliver the car when I realized my mistake. It was such a kind and service-oriented gesture. All of the interactions I had with the employees of Service King during this process made it quite obvious that the company truly cares about customer experience and satisfaction. While I hope to not need collision repair again, should the need arise, I would not hesitate to choose Service King again.
