The wrong passenger side mirror was put on my2014 Ford explorer. Now they don't match.the one that was not damaged on the driver side does not have a turn signal light attached to it but the one they replaced on the passenger side has a turnsignal light. Go figure

When Allstate first recomended that I go to service King I was reluctant because our car was very new and I wanted to go no other place than the dealer, I felt they were the only ones that could do a good enough job for the car we had. I agreed to go with Allstate's recomendation and go to Service King, I did not want to be difficult. They assured me that I would be happy with Service King and that they guaranteed the work for as long as I owned the car. When I first went to Service King I met with Ronny viney at the Webster location, I was still feeling a little hesitant about taking it to Service King as oppose to the Dealer. After talking to Ronney, telling him about my reservations, and explaining the whole situation, he really put my mind at ease, he explained everything to me, answered all my questions, sent me home feeling real good about my decision to take it to Service King. I called twice asking about the progress of the car, each time Ronney was very curtious and answerd all my question. When the car was done I took it home and really gave it a good look over top and bottom. Everything looked as good as new. I only had one small thing that was bothering me, under the left head light a small part of the top of the bumper if you looked at it in a certain angle you could see what I know now is called orange peal effect. You really had to look hard and I was thinking I was being to picky, I did not do anything for a few days because it was the weekend. Monday Chris called me and asked me how the car was, I commented that the car looked great except for that small thing on top of the bumper, I told him maybe I was being to picky, he said no by no means, he told me that what ever I was not happy with they would fix, they did not want me to be driving around in that nice car with that on my mind.He told me to bring it in as soon as I could so they could look at it. Tuesday after work I took the car in, talked to Ronney he looked at it explained what it was how he could fix it, also assured me that I was not being picky and that they wanted to make sure I was happy. Ronney took the car was back in about 10 minutes problem solved, the car looks good, and I feel good about it.Thank you very much for a good job and for giving peace of mind. Customer service and the work was great.
