All y'all did was call me constantly tell me nothing wrong my truck tell me it's ready I get down there the sensor 8 on my tire shows my right tire shows 46 lb the check engine light is on there's a light on in my Dash so really it's a brand new truck everything worked on it so y'all say it was fixed y'all ain't capable of fixing it

I went to other colllision shops and service king gave me the lowest estimate. Very satisfied with their work and i am glad my friend recommended them to me. I highly recommended them too!

Communication is key. The message that my car would be delayed from the original completion date never reached me. My time and money was wasted taking the bus down from Dallas to pick up the car that wouldn’t be ready for another 3-4 days. This all could have been avoided with a simple update. Will not recommend or use this location again.

I hadn’t driven 2 miles and my truck told me the parking lights were out. I thought Service King was checking everything since it was in water.

I had a very great experience with Service King. They were on top of getting my van fixed in a timely manner. My service advisor Jordan Dale was very efficient at keeping me informed of the progress of the vehicle repair and called me right away as soon as it was ready to be picked up. I would use Service King again and I recommend them to anyone to get their vehicle repaired.

Appreciate that engine repair can be lengthy, however when calling for status, I was repeatedly told the same status and it would be ready by the end of a week only to get the same status on the days it should have been done. Just took too long.
