i was so happy with my experience with this service king shop! They could not ha e been any kinder The first woman I spoke with took all my information was very polite kind and very helpful. Set me up with the tow truck. And before I knew it a towed truck was there. Gentlemen picked up my van and was off. He was very kind as well. I got a call from Lee at the service king Shop to ask me questions set me up tell me everything was going to be OK and they would start working immediately. I was sent texts and he called me daily and answer all the questions . He was very reassuring about how everything would be done and they would take good care of me. Which I was very grateful for since I had never done business with service king before. I called again with my questions and he reassured me again everything would be done as soon as possible and he will keep me informed. Next thing I know I get another call and my car is ready for pick up. It was ready sooner then I excpected.And he arranged everything to have it brought to me. I t was delivered to me within an within the hour! Another good towed truck company . My car was shiny inside and out clean as could be. I would highly recommend service king again. I thank you so much for making this an easy process.

I am SO impressed. I was called by service king almost immediately after I reported the accident to my insurance company, they were able to schedule an appt for the next day, and my car was fixed **** day after that! Everyone, especially my estimator Lee Goldblatt, was extremely friendly, always asking if I was ok first. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Service King for their efficient and compassionate service!

Very easy, smooth process

So glad Service King has joined the Tesla family. I hit a deer 2 weeks after SK was added to the list of approved repair shops. Before July of 2017 there was only one shop to serve all of Tesla owners in greater Philadelphia. It was a good shop but very busy and so service was slow. With 6 or more SK shops now authorized, repairs have gotten faster. I had my repairs done at the West Goshen shop. The staff was great and the work impeccable. I couldn't be happier with the quality of repairs. Congratulations and thanks for helping Tesla grow its repair network. Top notch in every way.

Great communication & excellent workmanship!

In the beginning I was told my car would be towed first thing in the morning. Was not towed until 2 pm after I called wondering what was going on. My wife wasted a whole waiting for tow. After this I was not contacted at all until the following Friday after I called again asking what was going on. It took 21 days for repairs and used repair shop recommended by AllState. Will use my regular repair shop next time.
