Service King Decatur

Nikki and everyone else were great. I do have a question about two deep scratches on the passenger door panel that didn't seem to get fixed.

Service and customer service was excellent. Updates were greatly appreciated.

I had trouble connecting with the receptionist. She didn't seem to understand what I was asking and could only give me responses in the language of the shop, a language I don't know. At least tell me you understand my concerns and that you're going to try to help find a solution with me. Don't put up a wall and tell me there's no getting around it. Felt defeated before I even dropped off my car. Everything else was perfect.

My technician did an excellent job communicating the status of my repair...he was very courteous and prompt as well. Very pleased with my experience. Thank you

My car was repaired in a timely manner , I was pleased with the repair job , all the staff were very pleasant and helpful , especially the young lady at the front desk and the lady that was in charge of my case , Thanks ,

Everyone was professional and caring. The customer service was great with the text and telephone updates. The work was completed as promised and looked very well. In addition, the snack gift bag was a very nice parting gift. In summary, Service King took an unpleasant situation and made it pleasant. I hope I never HAVE to come back but I would definitely recommend you to others.

I'm very satisfied with the work

My experience with service king in Decatur, Ga was top notch. From the moment I walked in for my estimate I knew I made the right choice. I was taken care of by Nikki and she was such a sweetheart. On the day I had to drop off my car she had me in and out within 15mins. I absolutely loved having enterprise pick me up. My rental was waiting on me when I got there and everything went extremely smooth. Nikki kept me updated with calls and I loved the status updates by text. My car was finished days before the estimated date and picking it up was a breeze. The technicians did a great job. I can't even notice my car was damaged. I also loved the fact that they cleaned & detailed my car before pick up. I was able to leave my rental at service king and they made sure enterprise picked it up. I got a call shortly after by enterprise saying they got the car and everything checked out perfectly. Thank you for a stress free and enjoyable experience. And the goodie bag with snacks was the icing on the cake! I have already recommended service King to my coworkers and friends.

professional service, i have been satisfied, but repair time was on the long side - 2 weeks

Repair took almost 3 days longer then we're told which resulted in my family of four having to spend almost 100 extra in our cat rental...

I've had my car repaired there twice and each time it has been pleasurable. So when I had the unfortunate event of having to have my car repaired, there was no question as to where I wanted the work done. Since I don't keep my phone while on me while I'm working, I appreciated the update text messages.
