Getting my car in was good. The texting was also cool. But when I got to the tental place to get the car. The lady said I did not have a reservation under my name. When I wa told everything was good to go. I was not provided a clam number. Called service King back and the salesperson was in a meeeting. The person that answer phone did not provide me with the claim number but wanted to to rental car places. Then I had to call to check the of my car was ready on the day before the rental was due to go. And also called at 6:05 to tell me my car was ready. And the rental place was closed. Lol. But they called me 15 minutes after I was told my car was ready. Then they said they were going to charge me for an extra day.
