The vehicle is not repaired. Advised John that the car radio and dash lights turn off and the back up camera did not work all of the time after my accident. John said he checked and that they were working fine. Unfortunatley that is not the case. The car is dangerous to drive in this condition. I Called John today and left John a voice mail today at 3:30 pm central time. Its now 6pm and he still has not returned my call.

I am very unhappy with the overall experience. The repairs took longer than promised. The estimated competition date was December 22. On Tuesday December 26 I finally received a text message stating that my car is finished and ready to go home. Few minutes later I received a phone call from Service King and Dyllon Goyette confirmed that my car is done. When I arrived to pick up my car I noticed immediately that the repairs on my car were not finished. How this could be overlooked by your employees is unknown to me. Dyllon apologized and promised to me and my husband that the car would be ready in two days for sure. But two days later the car was not finished. I finally picked up my car on Saturday December 30. This was 8 days later than the estimated date of completion. The employee that was there assisting me with the pick up was unorganized. He could not find my car keys and while he was looking he was asking questions like “are you sure that your car is being repaired here”. Me and my husband did not find this funny but concerning. To end this unpleasant experience I also discovered that somebody from Service King stole a new snow cleaning brush from my car. It was gift from my husband and it made me even more upset about this whole experience.

Bird did a good job of keeping in touch but I would have appreciated an honest estimate after the car was opened up of how long the repairs would take. From a customer perspective, it’s unpleasant to be told one thing and to get texts that contradict that.
