On September 11 2017 I was given an estimate that included a paint job and replacement parts. Before leaving service king the staff assisting me (Mr Velazquez) asked me if I wanted my parts back and I said "yes". When I picked up my car on September 15, 2017 I was charged for paint job that was not done (because it wasn't needed) and I was told if I wanted my old part back I would have to pay a $100.00 fee ( because this is what the supplier charged). If this were true, this should have been stated at the time of our conversation on 9/11! I believe my part was reused because it was in excellent condition. I feel duped and taken advantage of because of my gender (female).

I was very impressed by: (****) the regular updates on where things stood with the repairs being performed; (2) the feeling that the technician (Burt) cared that the service was being performed to my total satisfaction in all aspects; and that their was a thorough explanation of everything from Service King's approach to handling my vehicle's repair needs to how interface worked with my insurance carrier and the car rental company involved with my claim. The finished product on my vehicle looked great. In my estimation, the team at Service King performed at the level of excellence.

Kudos to Matt for making an unfortunate situation better by handling it quickly and efficiently. He also went above and beyond dealing with flat tire on rental car when Enterprise suggested just calling roadside assistance by personally picking up the rental and setting up a second rental for me. That's great service. Very happy with work on car. Looks beautiful. Thanks!

Initial repair did not meet my expectations. After that, there was poor communication and service was not completed by the established timeline. Although the final result was good, the process was a bit frustrating.

Service King personnel were very professional and explained everyting with details, they will keep me informed of every step of the process witg the repairs of my car. If there was a delay because of the mechanic not working one day on the vehicle i will get a text with the delay and the next approximate finish date. Very professional

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had. My service liadon lacked knowledge and was at times, insulting. My repair ended up being $1000 more than the initial estimate. The truck was in the shop for over 3 weeks. Itvwss there so long that the rental car company called to find out where we were. The service king offered to pick up the last 5 days and stuck us with the taxes and fees.And they took 4 days to put it together and paint I felt taken advantage of to the max. Mostly, they knew how unhappy we were and could not care less.
