I did appreciate the way that everyone said hello when I came into the building. I noticed the team work among the advisors. While the advisor that I was assigned to was working with another customer when I walked in, another advisor called for the rental car so that I did not need to wait to long. By the time I checked in my car for service, the rental company had arrived to pick me up. I liked that I received phone calls from Alex that kept me informed about the status of my car. I did like the repair work done on my bumper.
