The while experience was good. Drop off was easy. Bob (Robert) was helpful and detailed. I liked the idea of the text updates. However it constantly getting them from different numbers means that the message are scattered about and I don't know who its from right away. Would also help with congruence between messages. I picked up and returned my car rental easily. The repairs looked really good. Thank you too for cleaning my car outside and inside. It looks brand new when I picked it up.
