From start to finish I had an extraordinarily excellent experience. Kyle was a courteous and communicative service rep. Everything he said would happen did and when he said it would, except that work was finished two days ahead of schedule!! He promised to take good care of my "baby" and returned her to me looking fabulous. From receptionist to every staff member I met, I was treated with kindness and respect. Obviously the technicians behind the scenes are equally proficient as they returned my car 16 year old car looking almost like new. This is a first class operation!! Should we ever need body work done again I would head up to Alpharetta without hesitation. Thanks to everyone for a job well done. Susan P

It took approximately 3 months and Paul was a difficult employee to deal with. The painting of the grill has a bunch of overspray and the lines around the grill look terrible. Nick & jimmy were great help after the situation turned for the worst but we were still left with a sour taste.

I have to bring the car back, one of the parts is pulling away from the side of the car. The rear rain guard next to the wheel well is pulling away from the bumper. I'll try to bring it in on Monday.
