I am extremely pleased with the quality of work done to my truck and the top notch customer service shown by Joel Murawski and his staff that I received. This was my second time using Service King and while it was unfortunate I had to return, I knew my truck was going to be in great hands and would be repaired in tip top shop. However, the #**** reason for my return was not because I knew my truck was going to be fixed with best quality in the area, it was to work with Joel Murawski. With Joel and his team I knew that my truck was in the very best of hands and that I would be well taken care of. Joel is truly amazing at what he does and it is an absolute pleasure working with him. He makes what can be a rather stressful and difficult experience easier to deal with. I will continue to use Service King services and come back to Joel as long as Joel Murawski is there!

I was very excited at first; the car looked great and my dealings with Jeff and sherry were outstanding!! But then after about an hour, I started hearing this weird kind of subtle tire sound and then when I got to a friend’s condo and was going through the gate of the complex, the car would not engage in gear. I was in Drive but it would not go, no matter how much I accelerated. It was very embarrassing. Also, it leaked trans fluid for probably 50 feet. And the complex had to get someone to clean it up because it was a safety issue. I don’t think it was service king’s fault but whoever they used for the mechanics part of repair did not complete the job properly. If I had not reached Jerry right before they closed on Saturday, I would’ve been so screwed for the whole weekend without transportation.a car.
