The first appointment I had to drop off my car for repair, I was sent home with my car after being in the office for an hour. Then I had to come back and it took almost two hours to drop off my car for repairs and leave in my rental. I can never get that time back. I understand having to wait for a busy office, but it was very frustrating to go through the experience twice. When picking up my fixed vehicle, I had a much better experience. It took just 20 minutes to get my paperwork and keys, look over the vehicle with Franz, and drop off the rental. The repair looks great, I haven't checked underneath yet, but I'm sure it's in good shape considering the lifetime guarantee for the repair.

I've been rear ended a few different times and Service King has always done a great job! Fast and professional. I love that they asked me how I was doing from the accident - it showed me that they cared about me and weren't just in it for the money. Also loved that they vacuumed up inside and wiped down my dashboard. Completely unexpected but entirely appreciatated. Thank you for going above & beyond and taking care of my Camry while he was in the car hospital! :)

The quality of the repairs were excellent. However, the time it took for the repairs, 15 days seemed excessive, particularly when having to rent a replacement vehicle at a cost of over 330.00. Either the shop takes on more repairs than they are capable of handling in a reasonable period, or they need to hire more repair people.

Perfect experience. A few Yeats back I went to the same location....so this time I went back. On time. Updates and even offered to drop my car at my house because I couldn't get it til the weekend with my job. The job itself is beautiful. My car is as good as new!
