I'm a retail manager and always express to my staff that customer service is the most important part of keeping a thriving and successful business. I also rend to be very particular and detailed about everything. That being said I feel as though your company is far more than lucky to have associates such as Julienne and Franz. They kept me updated through the whole process. When I dropped off my car at first it was nice to have someone go over everything they would be inspecting further. My car was ready before the estimated date and when I went to get my car they seemed just enthusiastic as I was. They gave me their undivided attention until I was completely satisfied with my car. Which looked and rode absolutely amazing. If ever needed those gentlemen will be the first I go to. I even made the comment to the person with me that I felt as though I had known these guys forever. I can not say enough about the great experience I had and I do hope they get personally recognized for the amazibg job they did.

Everyone at Service King was pleasant, responsive, and provided excellent customer. Most noteworthy was Jim who handled the repair of my vehicle. When I picked up my car it had a flat tire. My husband brought it to the attendants attention. He filled it with air and said to keep an eye on it. Might be the wheel and not the tire. I'm not driving it for awhile cuz now I'm worried I could get stuck somewhere with a flat. This should be all taken care of before I'm notified it's ready.
Also my inside apolstery in the front is filthy. Not brought in this way.

My wife brought the car home and the inside was all dusty from the sandimg that was done. The outside of the car was the same in most ateas whete work had been done. Very unhappy about needing to spend momey to have the insude of the car fully detailed. Yes i have pictures of proof.
