I got my car back yesterday evening, drove to work this morning and it started to overheat, wasn't accelerating properly, heat didn't seem to be working and there was a rattling noise. Had to call twice to get someone on the phone, was on hold for 15 mins the first time so hung up and tried again. They did send a tow truck to get the car, but did not call me back in the evening, I had to call them to find out if I can pick up today. They say nothing was wrong (which is very hard to believe) and it's ready to be picked up. Let's see how it works tomorrow and the next 30 days.

Tine was incredible. She made the experience very easy and incredibly enjoyable. She explained everything very thoroughly and communicated with me almost everyday. From the moment I called service king after being referred by Allstate, I was treated with nothing but kindness from the entire staff. I would 100% recommend to others.

The experience with our repair was only dis-satisfying because the parts used were aftermarket and fell short of the fit and appearance of a bmw. This final product did not even come close of what a bmw should appear like. Vehicle was consequently refused in hopes of insurance company approving an OEM part.

You guys were so fast! I dropped my car on Tuesday and picked her up on Friday she looks amazing. Like she never got hit by that tree branch!!! Everyone was professional and extremely nice! Although my vehicle was in for accident damage, i enjoyed the communcation on the repair status both verbally, text and by email almost daily. They even let you know when problems arise plus solutions. Great job!!
