The car looks amazing, as good or better than new! Beautiful work done by obviously skilled professionals. I appreciate the timely status updates so I could plan accordingly. Every one from the office receptionist on was a pleasure to deal with. The rental car experience was also great. Thank you all for a job well done. I would definitely recommend Service King. 10's all the way around.

Eddie was wonderful. He kept me informed, finished the job early and gave me the car back much cleaner than I left it. It is nice to know that there are still businesses that talke pride in their work. And I'm sure it has to do with your employees especially Eddie.

I was accused of damaging the rental car I had. There was nothing wrong with the car when I parked the car and was waiting for my car. I don't appreciate it. As for the repairs to my Honda, everything was fine.

No need to contact me. I believe my dissatisfaction was expressed clearly. In addition to being misleading about the progress of my repairs and taking far too long, I had to clean garbage out of my car upon it's return - blue rags that smelled of cleaning fluid and water bottles that were not mine. Although the extended rental costs seem to have been taken care of, in attempt to make this right, it is highly unlikely that I would ever return for other unrelated repairs.

My car was in for repair for **** week to coincide with my vacation. The majority of the repair was done however, an airbag light was not reset. The shop said they would need to bring out a different person to do this requiring additional time in the shop. I pointed out the the airbag light from the beginning.

After dropping off my car I received no communication - even though I was asked and agreed to text message updates. I initiated all communication - what was the estimate and when would my car be ready for pick up? Other than that, the staff was courteous, professional and apologized multiple times for the lack of communication.
