The customer service was below average. Despite my request, I was not provided a call regarding the delayed status of vehicle. When my husband called to inquire the reason for the delayed status; the teleservice representative said "your wife already called and talked to Matt." The car was repaired due to damage to the rear of the vehicle. When returned the car had glass in the trunk. In addition, the front windshield is now cracked.

The work done on my car is perfect. It looks great. However, I was not the top priority when I went to drop off my car. Which I thought was unacceptable since I had an appointment. I waited for 10 minutes before Caleb even came out to talk to me. The he said "I have to get a drink of water, I'll be right back" and I preceded to watch him take several calls at his desk. Waited another 10 minutes for him to get my keys from me and take pictures of my car. Another customer that arrived 15 minutes after me and had someone else helping him left before I did. I felt like my time was not valuable to Caleb at all. I was missing work so it's not like I had all the time in the world to just wait around. I will honestly probably not have work done here again because of the customer service experience.

The explanation about the color of my bumper after the repair. I thought it did not match my car but was explained that plastic does not take paint the same as metal which made since to me. Thank you

Was told in text that I would that my vehicle was ready and would get follow-up call to confirm this was after 4pm. I never got call. When I called Saturday morning to confirm the person on line said it had not been released. So I didn't go pick up my car. This inconvenient me 2 extra days. Plus inconvenient of checking with insurance for 2 extra days for rent a car. The receptionist at Service King said would have Matthew give me a call back. She was polite. He didn't return my call.
