The repairs took 3 times longer than quoted even though there was no additional damage found. For 10 days I heard from my handler "it should be done tomorrow". Although they did pick up the last 9 days of my 22 day car rental (4-7 days was the repair quote), I would still not come back for return business.

I am amazed at how fast the repair was. It did take a long time to get my car into the shop, but as I was later told it was because my bumper took a very long time to find. Overall I was very happy with the repairs that were done to my car and the customer service that I received was amazing! I am a very satisfied customer

The team at service king did an amazing job getting my truck fixed and back to me in a timely manner. Armando did an awesome job at getting my husband in and out of the door at drop off within 30 minutes and to enterprise to rent a car. All of this was done a lot quicker than we anticipated. I also did not expect the truck back until Friday and I got it back on Wednesday. I'm very happy with the service that service King provided and I'm very happy with the way my truck looks thank you very much Michelle R

My service coordination made special accommodations for dropping off and picking up and got me a rental car and had it done early. She was great! I would definitely use and recommend Service King again.
