Service King finished repairs earlier than expected. Carla was professional and handled a delicate situation that came up that my insurance provider failed to tell me about and really upset me and she stayed calm and went to the manager and they worked with me and fixed it. She called me back to tell me her manager fixed the issue to avoid any more frustration for me. It really made my long day better. I would definitely reccomend them to others. And they did a GREAT job with the body work. Lisa

Carla was awesome. She kept me updated throughout the entire process. She answered any and all questions every time we spoke. She was very knowledgeable as well. My car suffered a pretty hard hit and looks brand new. Because of the hit and significant damage to the left side I was worried that it wouldn’t drive or look the same. Today is only day two but Service King did an amazing job and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. The fact that there’s a lifetime warranty on all work done is abdolutely fantastic!

The fix was very good. But two weeks for a couple of plastic parts. I understand it is a new car but still way too long.
