The service you guys provide at was excellent. Repairs were done in a reasonable time and done well. I love the result. On the other hand. Whoever was servicing my vehicle left food containers and also spilled some of that food on my console

My experience with Service King was exceptional. Rob kept me in the loop through the whole process. When it came time to pick up my car it was cleaner than when I dropped it off. They took the time to detail the car on top of repairing the bumper that looks amazing.

Everyone was nice and communicated with me in the status of my car every step of the way and I really appreciated that. Plus my car was nice and clean when I went to pick it up and that was a nice touch. The body work that was done was perfect.

Repair was completed on time as promised. Even though Service Advisor Bryan who did the initial estimate and set up appointment for when to bring the car in no longer worked for Service King when the car was brought in for repairs, Rob assumed responsibilities as Service Advisor and was very helpful in handling the repair process through completion. I'm extremely satisfied with Rob's handling of the repair of our car.

When I picked up my vehicle. The center cap was missing from the wheel of my car. This was the wheel/tire that blew out and cause the damage to my vehicle. The office let me know that they were ordering me one and that it would be available for pickup in a few days. This is no big deal but......The driver's side panel that controls the power locks and my windows was also broken - but I can fix this with some glue.
