Your staff was very nice and very pleasant to work with all the way from the beginning to the end at pickup. They kept me very informed as to what was going on with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to use Service King. I was very pleased with the turnaround time. Thank you all very much!!!

Your 800 number is a nightmare - frustrating and offensive not to be able to contact the local shop directly. The young woman I contacted for the initial scheduling was barely civil. Phone reps should NOT be allowed to eat, drink, chew cud or ??? During their calls. All dealings with the local business were great.

Alan was great!!! He kept me in the loop through the whole time my car was in the shop which was greatly appreciated. When it came to picking up the car he took the time to explain what was repaired and didn't just rush me off. I would personally recommend service king to any of my friends or family due to the great service from Alan and the overall outcome of the repair. Thank you for the great service!!!
