Service King Thornton

Came in on a Sat. James asked if I could come back Mon. as my drivers door wouldn't open and he had no technicians to help. Monday at 7 am he helped me and the door was working within 15 minutes. I asked for a quote. Allstate then estimated and said Service King was a preferred facility. I did go for other estimates. Service King had the shortest wait time. Even Enterprise had nice things to say about Service King Thornton. I scheduled with Service King and was kept in the loop all along the way. I had a tight time frame due to upcoming travel and the car was done sooner than later. I have had no hassles, no delays, no worries and no problems trying to coordinate between rental, repair, Allstate and work. Honestly, I chose Service King because of James Chiles and his dedication to customer service, his honesty, and the knowledge that they are an Allstate endorsed facility. My poor little Honda has been through several repairs (not mine BTW) and this was the easiest and best experience. Thank you James!
