I had my car taken in after I got into an accident the bodywork was sufficient but upon receiving my car they had seem too messed up my transmission in my car it is now slipping gears and will not shift properly. I drove my car after the accident with no issues at all all the way to the body shop from Brunswick Ohio with no issues at all And now upon receiving my car it has multiple check engine lights, service lights and the transmission is slipping. Service king says that they did not cause this problem but right after my accident it was driving fine and now it is not completely fine and now it's not. Happy with the bodywork but very unpleased with their mechanical abilities. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone.

Received my car back with a blown speaker. Called in to get it taken care of, still haven’t heard anything from it. Was driving my car to work and realized my steering wheel isn’t straight but car is driving straight. I called back in about it and was told an appointment was going to be made for it and a speaker is being searched for. I have NOT gotten a phone call back yet. I’m very very disappointed with the communication.

Our car came back looking beautiful and functioning well after it was repaired by Service King after being hit by a deer. The entire driver's side had to be repaired along with some electrical work. Customer service was excellent and the repair time went quickly. Service King completed our car on time exactly as they promised. There were no delays. Chris, the gentleman who oversaw our car repair, was very courteous and professional. He made us feel very comfortable and explained everything to us clearly and did a great job of keeping us updated throughout the entire process. I would return to Service King should I ever need collision repair again. Thank you to the Team!

On Nov.07,2017 I received my vehicle back, and later that night another driver pulled me over to tell me that I had no tail lights. I was across town, and at that point I realized that I need to get back home without another accident, or a ticket from the police. I am going back to service king today Nov.08,2017 to let them know about this problem that they created. I was also reassured that everything was repaired. I also noticed that my back-up sensors does not work either. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received, but I am willing to give them a chance let them make this situation right on the company's behalf!
