Well I had a dented bumper along with a dented up driver side door and rear panel. Only the dented driver side and rear panel was covered by insurance but not the rear dented bumper. I had talked to the guy saying I wanted the bumper fixed also but it didn't get fixed so I picked up a car from a repair shop that was still dented and now it's going to have to go into the shop again for the rear bumper when I don't understand why the whole job wasn't done... I was expecting to pay for the rear bumper

My experience with service kings in Fountain Valley has been terrible, even after getting my car back one month later. Not only was it returned past the expected day but Dan Butler has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From day one of receiving my car service king and especially David Butler has had terrible communication with me. He has not only kept me uninformed but every time I have spoke. To him has been rude and u helpful. For the amount that was paid by my insurance I am I disbelief o the terrible customer service he has provided. He has done absolutely nothing to make this experience positive. I truthfully regret the day I approved for my car to get repaired at this shop!
After receiving my car and having the tire light go on due to incorrect work on the tire and sensor, never did he apologize or once again kept me updated on the progress of what wod happen next. No accountability or reliability can be given to dates that are told to me the customer. I wish a shop that at least cared a little about their customer service would have fixed my car. Knowing that so much money is paid to this shop while they are unethical truly makes me feel upset.
Never would I recommend service kings in fountain valley, and would actually persuade people to go anywhere else but here.
