I was so pleased with the service I received from the staff at Service King. I worked with Michael Harr who provided me with nothing less than stellar service. He answered all my questions and provided me with updates on my car as soon as they became available. I would definitely bring my car back to Service King for service.

The date of my pick up kept changing, and then after I arrived to pick up, I went through the check out process, paid my deductible, returned the rental, and then got to see the car only to discover the car had spots on the trunk lid that had not been repaired. I was very lucky the rental car had not left the parking lot so that I could leave my car to have service completed.

I have deal with many car repair shops over the years, but I have never received the top-notch care from any of them like I did with Service King. The staff was informational without being pushy and kept me informed throughout the entire process of repair.
