On 8/28/2015 this vehicle was picked up from Ontario body shop location . Although in the invoice showing the (new rear bumper ) was replaced from the dealer. On 8/28/15 upon coming home notice the rear bumper ( was not new ) ? . Photo graphs are shown and send to your office . Insurance defraud and customer

Great Hospitality you made every effort to satisfy our confidence in your workmanship. You kept in touch from beginning to end and finished ahead of time. No complaints on our part just praise. Thanks The Pelayo"s family.. I would bring it back with confidence but ask you to pick me up in your company car and back not using mine. But it work out for the best..

I had a wonderful experience all the time with Service King. This is my third time using their services. My first service advisor was Michael St. Onge last Sept 2014. Then again in March, 2015, I asked for Michael again. Although he was promoted to managership, he personally attended to my car concerns with **** **** at Service King Glendora. Now, I could say Service King is trustworthy. I highly recommend to everyone in need. More power service King!!

Kevin was very attentive during the time my car was in service. Loved the fact that my rental car was arranged to pick me up at the service location plus Kevin picked up my rental from my place of work, which made my overall service repair transition effortless. Thank you service king for the overall experience I wouldn't have it any other way! Ps. The system update on the service date Completion through text message was just off. I got a text saying that it was ready to pick up today, but when I went in, it wasn't. Just gas that I put on the rental to make it there to drop off the car was just inconvenient.

Service king is a class act company the customer service was 100% wonderful, especially from the ladies Cynthia and the prevent lady. You lobby was super clean and nice.
