Welcoming, and very professional. I found the staff was fast in expediting the overall process. This is the second time I used Service King I think I will be a loyal patron with them. When I picked my car up, I was also satisfied that they cleaned both exterior and interior. Thanks Service King.

I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. This is my second experience with Service King and I returned based on the positive experience I had beforehand. This time around was even better, with my car back to me a whole day earlier than estimat d. I can't tell you what that meant to me. I was rear ended on the way to a busy week at work, leading into an even busier one this week. Having my car out for repair was not something I could have had happen at a more dire time. :) As a single working mom, it meant the world to get my car back in pristine condition even earlier than I thought! In the midst of having a car accident, this experience was the best thing I could hope for. I'm so grateful to Eddie for keeping me well-informed throughout the entire process. I love the text updates. I also felt like all the charges were well-laid out and explained clearly to me. Thank you so, so much! I know SK is here for us when we need them!

Jesus was very curteous, patient and kind. I really liked the front desk lady - she was professional and funny, and knew her stuff! She was ver efficient in getting me the paperwork to fill out, highlighted areas of it to look at and sign, and kept the process moving smoothly. Jesus walked with me to my car for the estimate, took pictures, explained everything he thought would need to get done. He then wrote it up on the computer and explained the steps going forward. I loved the text updates, too. I had a great experience!

I am very happy with the work done. The staff was very helpful and curtious. David Quintero answered all my questions. When I asked for updates he provided accurate information and timing.
