The team was great. Glad my car was repaired quickly and ahead of estimated schedule. Very professional and on top of communication and setting expectations. Really glad Service King is so focused on customer service and hearing feedback. The only problem worth noting - Its a bit absurd to require a scheduled appointment to just drop off a vehicle for repair, knowing that it will be there for at least several days. I had to wait a full day to drop off the vehicle, which I'm sure impacted the total delivery schedule.
