They should have taken more time to get the car ready for pickup. Cleanliness could have been better and I had to point out some aesthetic issues that they said they were going to take care of. Also, txt message said car would be ready on a Wednesday but got phone call on Monday saying car was ready for pick up on Tuesday. Take more time to take care of the small th he because they make a big difference.

The staffs in service king are all very professional and friendly. They were willing to answer all my questions, even before I asked them. They valued customer's satisfaction as well as great quality work. I am very impressed by the repair they did for my car and although I don't want to go there again, I truly appreciate their enthusiasm to work on my car and provide extraordinary customer service!
