Rachel was also extremely helpful when I had to request a later pick-up day due to other commitments. Your flexibility with my situation was greatly appreciated.
I also want to comment that the directions regarding washing/waxing/etc. for the car were very informative for both my husband and me. There are many restrictions that we never knew about regarding care of the vehicle after it has been freshly painted. Thank you!

The insurance work was done well, and in a timely manner. My appraiser Bill was very good. The only problem that I have is that I needed some customer pair for work completed also. The Service King manager would not do it because of their warranty. I found this out after I had dropped off the vehicle and was home. In the future, I do think that I would go somewhere else, so that I could have all repairs done at once. Service King lost about 600.00 in repair work, and now I have to find another shop. Kind of a waste of time, don't you think?
