I was contacted within an hour of filing my claim to set an appointment to get the repairs started. When I called to set up my appointment, the person who picked up the phone called me by name & was eager to help me. I was able to get an appointment for early the next business day and they assisted me quickly enough that I was able to make it to work on time. During the repair process they stayed in constant communication with me through text to let me know the status of my repair and finished a day earlier than expected. When I went to pick up my car the work looked great, they gave instructions on how to keep it that way & they cleaned my car inside & out. Overall it was a stellar experience. Unfortunately in the customer service industry it is rare that people give good service but Service King lived up to the name and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who might unfortunately need body repair work done on their vehicle

I got my car back and now my horn isn't working. Took it in for them to see if they hooked it up when they finished repairing it, and they just gave me a bunch of bs. Claimed they'd look into it and i should get a call within an hour, and that i could bring it back, That was Monday... its Wednesday night and I've heard nothing back. Everytime i bring my car here it's an issue. I don't feel like I should have yo pay you to fix something that was working before i brought the car in.
