This is my second experience using Service King having used Service King for an unrelated matter on my car a little over a year ago. My experience from my initial call to leaving Service King after picking up my car upon completion was extremely pleasurable. Every staff person that I encountered was courteous and professional. I appreciate the updates via text and email. I would highly recommend Service King to anyone that is need of car body repair.

No need to contact me. Here was the issue: I got a text that said my car was done but when I got there it wasn't. I had to wait another 3-4 hours later and drive back. It was daunting. Otherwise everything else was great. KR
