Derrick Cooke was my Service Advisor for my recent repair. He was very professional and answered all of my questions about my car, Enterprise, and working with the insured's insurance company. Derrick ensured that everything was right with my car repair before returning it to me and I could not be happier with my experience. I also appreciate the close relationship that Service King has with Enterprise. Obviously, no one wants to have their car hit but Service King is the place to go if it is. This is my second trip to this Service King and both visits were very positive.

The vehicle completion date was pushed several times causing scheduling conflicts so I can prepare to pick up the truck, the truck was not clean upon pick up. The employees don't know how to talk to customers and show no professionalism as they slide across the floor on there computer chairs
