I received daily emails and phone calls keeping me updated throughout the job, and an estimated completion day was always given. The tire pressure light came on,after driving for just some few miles. I did mentioned concerns about the tire to staff prior to pick up.

The front office employees were great but I was not satisfied with the work that was done to my vehicle. I was told that my truck was ready to be picked up but when I arrived I pointed out a few things that weren’t right so I had to leave it there for another day. When I came back the next day, after I was called and told it was ready for pick up again, I noticed a few more things that weren’t right with my truck. They took it back and made some repairs. I wasn’t completely happy with the way my truck was repaired at that point but I was so annoyed with the process already that I took my vehicle. I won’t come back to your business nor would I ever recommend you to anyone.

Aaron,was very helpful he was e-mailing me every other day giving me updates on my car.They did a great job on my car i was very happy with the work they had done.I would tell anyone about service king. Aaron, was very nice the whole time my car was there his a great guy. I did thank him very much for all his help my car looks great thanks again.
