The service representative that assisted me was**** ****.
He was professional and assured me that my truck was in good hands. However, when I came to pick up my truck, I expected the paint job that service king did on the roof of my pick-up to be a finished product. It wasn't, a small portion of the roof was a finish product, making the paint smooth, but the rest of the roof felt like fine sand paper. Dennis apologized and asked me if I could bring back my truck in three weeks after the paint has cured. I don't know if Service King has a Quality assurance person who inspects the workmanship before the customer picks up his/her vehicle, if you don't, you should.
