Unfortunately after 2 months of being in the shop.. tire/rims were missed upon final inspection prior to delivery to me. However, I truly appreciated the customer service recognizing the error. Nonetheless, attention to details is important particularly with a significant length of stay for the repair.

Terrible service I had to call every time to find out what was going on with car they never contacted me on issues or pickup and wheel was not repairs on veh and Needs to go back for that repair so no I was not happy with their service

I felt they took the easy way out. I discussed with brandi on rotating one of the tires for 20 dollars...we agreed then it was not done and was told when im picking up my car. The hood was open when i picked up my car. I was just handed the estimate and no mention of what work was done on the car. They showed me the finished product but when i opened the estimate i found more work was completed. The work completed was great. I was under the impression that if i agree to something and state im willing to pay for it, it should have been done.
