Parts were replaced that was not needed and that I specifically said do not replace

My car was originally estimated to be finished eight days after I dropped it off. After six text messages assuring me my car was on track for the original date, I was informed the day before I was to pick it up that it wouldn't be ready for another three days. Then I was told it would be another ight days. Then I was told it would be an additional rwo WEEKS. I finally picked it up thirty four days after I dropped it off, an twenty six days longer than the original estimate. This delay caused me to incur a much larger rental car bill than I was expecting or able to afford. I was assured that H&V Collision would pay any additional fees beyond what my insurance was covering. A representative from H&V accompanied me to the adjoining Enterprise Rental Car company to inform them that they would be picking up the extra charges. They did NOT pick up any charges. Enterprise took a total of $655.10 from my checking account, the last $505.10 without telling me they were going to do so, or even sending me statement of charges. They wiped out my checking account, making it impossible for me to pay for a prescription medication I needed for five days until I was paid. My insurance rep told me on March 12th that H&V had agreed to reimburse me $176.00. I'm not sure how they arrived at that figure but the kothof seems to be moot, as I have not received a penny of it, nor even ad much as a phone call. You can be very sure I will never use H&V or Enterprise Rental Car again, and I will actively discourage friends and relatives from doing so either. I was told nothing but lies from beginning to end.

Picked up my truck and it looked great and the inside was clean !!

Great communication and coordination by the staff! The work is perfect. They unexpectedly cleaned the inside too!

If you prefer honesty commitments,i would say it took so long Than expected,my rental bill is huge.
