Car looks great. I appreciated getting text messages throughout the week updating me on the progress. However, the car wasn't ready on the date and time the text messages indicated; I received a message that morning saying I would be called if there were any delays. Since I did not receive a call, I went to pick up my car at the appointed time and it was not ready. It was not a big deal at all, I was only muddy annoyed, but that kind of defeats the purpose of getting updates via text message.

First let me say, the work that was completed on my vehicle was done extremely well. There are no complaints on the body work at all. When I was driving home, I looked in my rear view mirror and noticed the tire cover on the back of my 08 rav 4 sport. I specified when I brought it in, that the tire cover must be replaced exactly since it was a purchase that I made to my vehicle prior to my accident. The tire cover that I had on my vehicle was an all plastic cover (no leather)that covered the whole tire and clipped at the bottom. What was put on my car was not the correct part that was requested and supposed to be put on. I was going to contact someone tomorrow morning since I didn't notice the cover until after business hours. I thank you for the work and time put into fixing my car. I hope this can be discussed farther. Jessica A

Repair was finished when promised and Michelle was great. I had a few issues with the Enterprise Rental Company which was not a reflection on Gabe's. Please make sure you are only charged the 3 days I utilized the rental. Thank you!

The only think I am very disappointed in is the time it took to repair my vehicle from the time we were told to the time it was finally repaired, most of all your emails are just all over the place for the times, either update the system, or just loose them altogether, not a one was right... not one
