The repairs continued to be pushed back. Was never informed why the repairs were being pushed back. My vehicle was there for over 3 weeks and after finally finishing the repairs to the quarter panel the broken tail light was not replaced like it was supposed to be. It will be 2to 3 weeks before the replacement tail light will be available. An appointment was made to start work on the vehicle on September 30th this appointment was made 2 ****/2 weeks prior to this date after an estimate was conducted by your business. I believe there is no excuse for all of these problems I have listed.

It took longer than the estimated 5 days. I also found a scratch on the bumper paint and a small dent on the side of the truck close to the roof.

By far the best service I have ever received! From start to finish you guys were impeccable! Was pleasantly surprised to find my car spotless inside and outside when I arrived to pick it up. Loved the texting service that kept me up to date with the progress!! You guys were Awesome!!
