Th appraiser working with me (State Farm) was so kind. He made sure that I knew that your company would take care of me. When I picked up my car, he help me carry my belonging back to my vehicle. He went over all the work that had been done too. He was very kind. I also appreciate the text I received updating me on the work that was being done to my vehicle. There are runs in the paint and spots of sand or some kind of grit in the clear coat there is also something not sure what on the bumper the time it took was ok but the quality I'm not impressed

When I got my car, an iPhone and auxiliary cord were missing from it. The guys were great and said they would either locate it or replace it, but until then, I am disappointed. I hope it all works itself out!
